Globally, every counter, open service kiosk, and free standing store was redesigned. Working with marketing, manufacturers, and architects, I designed and developed the fixtures and displays.

As Sephora and Ulta emerged as increasingly strategic partners for Clinique, it became clear that a more cohesive, streamlined service system was essential—one flexible enough to operate seamlessly across multiple store environments. I was brought in to co-develop this system in close collaboration with architects, procurement, and key vendors. The outcome was a highly efficient, scalable solution that not only unified the brand experience but also delivered over one million dollars in cost savings.

It was 2009, and Clinique was on the brink of introducing something entirely new. A lip product that defied category norms—sheer in color, deeply moisturizing by design. With no true equivalent on the market, urgency swept through the office as teams moved quickly to bring the launch to life, amplifying its arrival across every available channel.
