Panevino.

A New Chapter for A Jersey Classic

The Project

For 50 years, Panevino Ristorante has been a neighborhood fixture, but time had begun to soften its once-distinct charm.

The Goal:
Revive a 50 year old restaurant.

The Budget:
250K

Schedule:
4 months
(concept to installation)

Deliverables:
Moodboard, Floorplan, Ceiling Plan, FF&E, OS&E, Uniforms

Before…

Panevino was not touched for 50 years. There were some basic upgrades, but it has looked the same as when it opened and it showed.

The Moodboard:

With a palette of warm, welcoming reds balanced by refined neutrals, the design aimed to evoke an elevated residential sophistication.

The Installation:

Over the course of several months, the space was refreshed with new paint, an updated bar, newly installed furniture, and added décor…all while the restaurant remained open and fully operational.

The Result:

With its refreshed design, Panevino Ristorante regained its vitality, drawing renewed interest from the local community. Sales have climbed steadily, and the restaurant has reemerged as a sought-after destination…especially for guests looking to host gatherings and special events.
