To improve Lincoln Ristorante’s outdoor dining experience and financials, I was brought in to update the look with a limited budget.

Plans Made

Working with the General Manager and vendors, plans were made to bring in planters, flowers, and new outdoor furniture.

Increased Sales

Upon installing the new layout, there was an immediate increase of sales of 26%. This increase in sales has encouraged the restaurant to continue improvements for the following year.
