IT ALL BEGAN WITH an idea…make a statement.
Delaware North envisioned a chalet that radiated residential luxury and brand confidence–a space that invited connection, exuded sophistication and stood apart from the rest. Below is an account of the process and work that I managed, designed, and implemented.

The meaning of modern luxury has transformed–no longer dark and moody, but light, calm and effortlessly elegant. For the PGAY, my team and I envisioned a space that embodied serene sophistication. A palette of muted grays and warm browns, accented by hints of gold and black, set the tone. Velvety testures and fluted woods layered in depth and tactility, creating a quiet opulence that felt both timeless and contemporary.

My team and i devoted countless hours refining every aspect of the project–collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, Architects, General Contractors, FF&E vendors, and the Graphics team. I’m proud to lead a team defined by transparency, curiosity, and collaboration where every voice contributes to the final viion. Together, we meticulously reworked renderings, floor plans, and elevations, ensuring every detail aligned with the design intent.

From the moment guests stepped inside, the experience was designed to feel both welcoming and exceptional. The entry space invited warm introductions, allowing hosts to personally greet each visitor and present a thoughtfully curated gift–an intimate gesture that set the tone for the sophistication and care woven throughout the entire chalet.

The Reaction
The PGA personally visited the chalet, and to our delight, it was declared their favorite of the tournament. They said that it just felt right. Delaware North’s space became the talk of the town, admired not just for its refined elegance, but for the seamless blend of warmth, sophistication, and thoughtfull detail that made every guest feel truly welcomed.
